When you connect your Google account, the Service may request Gmail read-only access and Drive file access to process messages, download attachments, and save files generated by requested workflows. We do not use these permissions to send, delete, or sell email data.

When you connect your Microsoft account, the Service may request Microsoft Mail and OneDrive permissions (such as Mail.Read and Files.ReadWrite.AppFolder) to read mailbox content, process attachments, and save output files required by the workflow. We do not use these permissions to send email or sell mailbox data.

11. Data Deletion and Consent Revocation

You may disconnect your mailbox at any time from your account settings. You can also revoke MailDocAI access from your Google account security settings. To request account or data deletion, contact support@maildocai.com.
